迈克尔·杰克逊（Michael Jackson），1958年08月29日在美国印第安纳州加里市出生，美国歌手、词曲创作人、舞蹈家、表演家、慈善家、音乐家、人道主义者、和平主义者、慈善机构创办人。
杰克逊是家族的第七个孩子，他在1964年作为杰克逊五人组的成员和他的兄弟一起在职业音乐舞台上初次登台，1968年乐队与当地的一家唱片公司合作出版了第一张唱片《Big Boy》。1971年12月，发行了个人首支单曲《Got to be there》，标志着其个人独唱生涯的开始。
1982年12月，杰克逊音乐生涯最畅销的专辑《Thriller》发行。1987年9月，杰克逊展开个人首次全球巡演。通过舞台和视频的表演，杰克逊普及了一些像机械舞和太空步等舞蹈技术。杰克逊一生中两次入选的摇滚名人堂，获得了13个格莱美奖和26个全美音乐奖。在他单飞生涯中，他拥有13支美国冠军单曲。2000年吉尼斯世界纪录大全里认证他资助过39个慈善机构。
2009年5月，杰克逊宣布将在伦敦举行系列音乐会；6月25日，他因为急性丙泊酚和苯二氮平类药物中毒导致心脏骤停逝世。洛杉矶法医裁定这是一宗凶杀案，他的私人医生康拉德·莫里被判定过失杀人罪。2010年，迈克尔·杰克逊被授予格莱美终生成就奖。

《Jam》

该曲是“Dangerous”巡演的开场曲目（以及96年文莱演唱会及超级杯半场表演）。由于舞曲速度及快速的舞蹈，除了Michael Jackson自己加入的即兴发挥，其他演唱部分都是事先经过混录处理。 Heavy D的说唱部分由背景和声人员负责。虽然不是100%的现场，该曲极富爆炸力的表演反而成为歌迷最为津津乐道的“Dangerous”中的现场曲目。甚至有人指出如果单曲迟些时候发行或许会更成功。

该怎么说呢..
MJ属于是什么人都爱的那种人,只要是世界上的生命他都用心的去爱,像是动物,植物,人类还有地球.
而且他不属于记恨别人的人,既然你是迈迷,你应该知道他的口头禅是I LOVE YOU..这句话在他嘴里的出现频率可以说是十句话里绝对有一句的那种,所以,要说他专一的话我可以总结的就是:
生命(统指) 地球 孩子 歌迷 舞台 音乐 舞蹈
这些都是他爱的(从始至终),所以成为他的歌迷很幸福,看那些被他抱过的歌迷的回忆都是说当他抱着你时他就把你当作世界上最重要的人去珍视.

如果说是对他来说特别的女性..像什么猫女,DB,小丝之类的我们也不可能猜到他的真实想法,我们都不是他.
如果硬要说的话,我觉得是戴安娜.罗斯,这个女人应该是如MJ所说的:是他的姐姐,朋友,情人的合体一样的存在,而且也是他在遗嘱中唯一有关联的女性.
至于我这么说的依据:MJ认识戴安娜.罗斯的时候只有大概10岁,那个年龄MJ一直被她照顾,男孩子在那个年龄会把对自己特殊的女性当做女神一样的存在,所以到后来,MJ与戴安娜.罗斯从来没有分开过,他们曾究竟是什么关系我们谁都不知道,但不可质疑的是,他们有着很真挚的感情.

迈克尔杰克逊之所以可以转好多圈，原因有2个。

1.他加上了助动圈

2.他的平衡、协调性好，大腿力量足。


接下来分析视频

首先您可以看到，教学视频中那个人，站在原地时，是不是先把右脚甩向左脚的左向？就是把右脚放在左脚的左边，然后转动。

（注意，刚开始练习的时候，就用右脚的脚跟着地，左脚的前脚掌着地，然后就直接扭动，试试看，是不是就转过来了?  刚开始可以慢慢来，注意稳定、协调。)

注意哦，这个就是助动圈哦。

因为有了助动圈的力量惯性，所以之后才可以转许多圈，这也就是在做助动圈的时候力量越大，也就是转的圈数越多，但同时要注意平衡哦。


以后的那2圈，你可以看到视频里那个人是不是把两个脚都放下了？看起来就像是用两个脚在原地转动。

但实际上不是这样的。


刚是不是说道助动圈呀？  助动圈转的时候是怎么样的呢？  对，就是左脚的前脚掌着地，右脚的脚后跟着地。

当你的助动圈完成之后，把右脚稍稍抬起来，就是右脚不要着地（不要抬太高了，太高就没法保持重心了，就把右脚贴在左脚的边上，大约离地3到5厘米就可以了）


这时候你的右脚已经抬起来，然而你的左脚前脚掌依然着地，而之后的2 3 圈的转动，就是以左脚的前脚掌为旋转中心，不停地转动。


主要就是这个道理，然后就是助动圈的时候力量越大

（这个力主要来自于大腿，前面也分析过，杰克逊转很多圈，有大腿力量足的因素）

转的圈数也越多。

第九秒的时候，是不是看到那个人把右脚甩到了左脚的左边？

在10 11秒的时候，是不是在转动？这个就是助动圈，用右脚的脚跟和左脚脚掌着地，进行旋转。

之后的12 13秒，他已经将右脚抬离了地面，用左脚的前脚掌旋转。

再接着看。


27秒的时候，右脚放到左脚的左边，然后右脚跟和左脚前脚掌着地旋转。


30秒的时候，右脚放在左脚的边上，抬离地面，左脚前脚掌着地旋转。


你可以在视频里看到，那个人旋转时，左脚的鞋子有明显的弯折，因为他用左脚的前脚掌着地旋转。（左脚的后脚跟是抬离地面的）


回答完毕。


另外，这个动作不是说1、2 个星期就会的，需要经常巩固。

像我练习这个也差不多半年多了，顶多也就是稳定的转上3 4 圈而已。


如果想要转得更多，要加强大腿的力量和自己的协调、平衡感。
