因为录像就有被剪辑的可能性（比如说电视电影作品），如果彩票开奖也能剪辑就有被事后作假的可能性，而全程直播就避免了事后作假，不过我觉得如果采用高科技在开奖机上做手脚直播也没有办法看出来。
